Smiley's Challenge has been tested under Windows XP and Windows Vista. It is designed to run under Windows 2000 or higher. Since it is impossible to test the program on every computer, this program is offered without warranty as to its ability to run on any given machine.
The software is licensed and delivered on an "as is" basis. The author makes no other warranties, either expressed or implied, by stature or otherwise, regarding this software product. its quality, its performance, its merchantability, or its fitness for any particular purpose.

Smiley's Challenge is offered without a fee for its use. Roger M. Clary, dba Class One Software, retains all rights to the binary code, documents, and title of this program. The program may not be reverse engineered or altered in any way.
